หลังเรียนงานไม้จบพอดีเกม R99 เหลืออีกราวๆ 1 อาทิตย์จะหมดเวลาแพทช์ AC collab เลยตะบี้ตะบันเล่นทุกโหมดที่มีในเกมจนจบเพราะไม่คิดว่าเนื้อหาแพทช์นี้จะวนกลับมาให้เล่นอีก
โดยรวมฉันชอบแพทช์นี้มาก แม้เนื้อหาจะดูเบาและง่ายไปหน่อยแต่ต้องชมที่ทีมเขียนบทสามารถเกลี่ยโลกของทั้ง 2 เกมให้กลมกลืนกันได้เป็นอย่างดี เนื้อเรื่องส่วนของ Ezio สามารถแสดงเอกลักษณ์ของตัวละครและดึงอารมณ์ร่วมของผู้เล่น แต่เนื้อหาส่วนของ Kassandra กับ Alexios ถึงจะสนุกพอใช้แต่ขอติตรงที่ไม่มีบทส่งท้ายให้ผู้เล่นเข้าใจว่าทำไม Alexios ที่เป็นตัวร้ายทำไมถึงยอมลดทิฐิมาเข้าร่วมกับทีมไทม์คีเปอร์ทำให้ดูห้วนๆ ไปหน่อย
ตอนเล่นโหมด Into the Shadow ที่เป็นเกมวางแผนการรบย่อยๆ รู้สึกขำที่ตัวละครที่ดูไม่มีความบู๊เลยอย่าง Vila, Marcus, Hissabeth, etc ต้องมารับบทนักฆ่าร่วมทีมกับ Ezio แล้วที่สำคัญคือดันเก่งอีกต่างหาก ตอนฉันเล่น Ezio จะเป็นตัวที่ถูกศัตรูตรวจจับเจอทุกทีในขณะที่ Vila จะลอบเร้นเข้าไปสังหารศัตรูได้โดยที่แทบจะไม่เคยโดนจับ ฉันเลยใช้ Ezio เป็นเหยื่อล่อแล้วให้ตัวละครอื่นสังหารศัตรูหรือไปทำภารกิจให้สำเร็จแทน
ที่จริงกะวาดแฟนอาร์ตชิ้นนี้ให้เสร็จก่อนแพทช์ AC collab จบแต่ดันติดธุระอย่างอื่นเลยโดนลากยาวมาจนถึงตอนนี้ ถึงมุกจะล้าสมัยไปแล้วแต่ถือว่าเป็นที่ระลึกแด่เกม R99 แพทช์ AC collab แล้วกัน ฮ่าๆ
In R99 x AC collab patch, Vila was my best assassin.
After finishing my woodworking course, I realized there was only about a week left before the R99 x AC collab patch expired. So, I dove headfirst into every game mode available, determined to complete it all because this content probably wouldn’t ever return again.
Overall, I really liked this patch. Although the content seemed a bit light and easy, I have to commend the scriptwriting team for how well they managed to blend the worlds of the two games together. Ezio's storyline perfectly captured the character's essence and evoked a lot of emotion from players. As for Kassandra and Alexios, while their part was enjoyable enough but it lacked of a proper epilogue to explain why Alexios, who’s supposed to be the villian, would lower his pride and join the Timekeeper team. So it felt a bit abrupt.
When I played the "Into the Shadow" mode, which is a mini-strategy game, I found it hilarious that characters who don't seem like fighters at all, like Vila, Marcus, Hissabeth, etc., were suddenly cast as assassins alongside Ezio - and what's more, they were actually good at it! When I played, Ezio was always the one who got detected by enemies, while Vila could sneak in and take targets out undetected almost everytimes. So, I ended up using Ezio as a decoy and having the others handle the assassinations or complete the missions.
I originally intended to finish this fan art before the AC collab patch ended, but life got in the way and it dragged on until now. The joke might be outdated, but hey... consider it a little tribute to the R99 x AC collab patch. lol
