Following up on my previous post about sharing AI-generated images... we actually lost a few hundred followers on the page (😅), along with some drops on other platforms. I was a little startled, but I completely understand the reasons.

The reason I’m experimenting with AI is that I want to try creating short animated clips based on devilray's original art style. To make that happen, I had to start making character reference sheets from different angles for the AI, learning how to write prompts, and figuring out how both the image and audio generation work.

If this were 20-30 years ago, animation required drawing everything frame by frame. I actually tried it back then... and failed completely! I just didn't have the stamina for it. I've also tried animating still images before.

Now that the tools allow us to create this on our own, I really wanted to try fulfilling something I couldn't do as a child. It’s kind of like solving a Rubik's cube—I could never do it when I was a kid, but now there are tutorials everywhere showing you exactly how to solve all 6 sides.

By the way, the character "Reed" is drawn in a 1:12 proportion scale! (Normal human proportions are around 1:8 to 1:8.5, and fashion models are 1:9 to 1:10). No wonder I was having so much trouble with the prompts trying to get the AI character to accurately match the original artwork!

ที่ทำด้วย AI เพราะแอดมินอยากลองตัดต่อคลิปสั้นๆ จากลายเส้น devilray เลยต้องเริ่มทำภาพโปรไฟล์มุมต่างๆ ให้ AI อ้างอิง เรียนวิธีเขียนคำสั่ง การทำงาน ทั้งภาพและเสียง ซึ่งถ้าเป็นเมื่อ 20-30 ปีที่แล้ว อนิเมชันต้องเขียนรูปทีละเฟรมๆ เคยทำค่ะ ดับสนิท สู้ความอึดไม่ไหว ทำแบบภาพนิ่งขยับก็ทำมาแล้ว ตอนนี้เครื่องมือสามารถทำด้วยตัวเองได้ เลยอยากลองทำสิ่งที่ไม่ได้ทำตอนเด็กๆ ขึ้นมา เหมือนการเล่นรูบิทให้ได้ 6 หน้า ตอนเด็กๆ เล่นไม่เป็นเลยพอตอนนี้มีคนสอนหมุนเต็มไปหมด

ภาพ "รี้ด" ใช้สเกล 1 ต่อ 12 เลย (คนปกติ 1 ต่อ 8-8.5 นายแบบ 1 ต่อ 9-10) ถึงว่าตอนป้อนคำสั่งมีปัญหาตัวละครไม่ตรงกับภาพต้นฉบับ
